1. Previous experience in drawing or art is required. 2. Suitable for beginners and individuals interested in Art Therapy. 3. Participants are preferably 18 years of age or older. 4. Commitment to attending online sessions. 5. A stable internet connection is required. 6. Commitment to completing the required activities and practical exercises. 7. No academic qualification in Psychology or Fine Arts is required.
